If the user struggles with heavy objects, consider a lighter blanket. Our kids bamboo blankets are designed for small children only. Our Adult Blanket is 198cm x 121cm. We believe weighted blankets should be used 1 per person as partners can disturb your weight distribution. If your partner wishes to also use a weighted blanket, purchase 2 adult blankets (this is common practice with quilts in many countries).

NOT MACHINE WASHABLE. Despite what it says, it's not machine washable. It doesn't come with a cover, and it stinks. It's also very poorly constructed, both sides of the binding have torn, thankfully not the weighted pockets but I'm guessing it's only a matter of time.

I bought one for my daughter for anxiety. She loves it. I tried hers after being told I had restless legs and it really helped. I then bought a bamboo one for me that was heavier but It was too heavy for my arthritic joints. apparently that wasn’t an issue because my daughter gave her lighter weight one to her brother and is now using the bamboo blanket. They both love them. So now it looks like I will need to get another bamboo blanket for myself

It's been a long time since I've had good sleep until I got one of these blankets. I'm quite a restless sleeper and used to often wake up a few times at night but this blanket has really settled me down and has gotten me sleeping deeper.

Perfect for a HOT sleeper like me! I’ve been wanting to get a CB for myself ever since my mum bought the original one with. However, trying it at hers, I found the plush cover to be very hot. Love this soooo much! Bought the blanket as a present and after opening the package to check on it, decided to keep it! Best decision in my life!
