We use Australia Post for most of our deliveries, and do deliver to Australia and New Zealand. For our customers located in Australia shipping is free. Customers that are located in New Zealand will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

You can expect your parcel within 2-8 business days. When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please don't stress if there are no scan events within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.

If the item has a specified "sent" date beside it in brackets this means the item is a pre-sale purchase and you will receive that item in 2 - 8 business days from this "sent" date.

If you have ordered 2 items from us please note that they will be sent at the same time. This means we will wait until your full order is available and in stock to dispatch it.

Please note that while we send your order out as a whole, orders of multiple blankets are too heavy to be packed together and Aus Post cannot guarantee the items will stay together during transit.

If your order does not arrive within 8 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with Australia Post. We guarantee your parcel's delivery by requiring a signature on arrival. Australia Post may contact you offering safe drop - if you accept this we do not take responsibility for the package.

Yes, we have a 30-day refund policy. Please note that while some people have an immediate and positive response to weighted blankets, others do take time to get used to it. We suggest having faith in the widely used process of proprioceptive input - simply look at our reviews to see the success rates!

If you have trialled the blanket for more than a few nights and find that it is simply not for you please contact our support team via the email at the bottom of this page. Please include why you are returning the blanket and include images (if applicable). We do not resell used blankets. Your blanket will be processed or cleaned, and either donated to charity or given to friends/family. New Zealand customers will be required to pay the return shipping costs to Australia. Please consider that before selecting your weight.

Please note we will not be able to accept your return for refund if you are out of our 30-day trial period, regardless of the condition of your blanket. We believe 30-days to be a very fair amount of time in which to try our blanket and decide whether or not it works for you.

If you went through our entire checkout process and confirmed an order we may be unable to cancel it. This is due to our system immediately sending your order through to our fulfilment partner. This system allows a very fast delivery service to our customers. However if you do need to change or cancel an order please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request.

Please keep in mind due to the current high volume of orders and customer service requests occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.

Prior to purchasing your blanket please contact NDIS directly to see if you are eligible to claim. We provide an invoice for your purchase via email after your product has been shipped. We are TGA approved ARTG: 317080.

We often have discount codes available. These codes are for weighted blankets only (unless clearly stated otherwise). Our platform only allows one discount code to be used at a time. Our adult weighted blanket is 198cm x 122cm. It is the perfect size to use while in bed, while also being large enough to cover 2 people while watching TV (and cuddling!). We have recently added a Queen Calming Blanket - which weighs 9kg or 12kg and measures 215cm by 198cm.

Blankets for children (which can also be used as lap covers) are 91cm x 121cm and weigh 2.2kg. We also offer a 4.5kg blanket for kids which is the size of an adult single blanket (198cm x 122cm).

Our blankets are known for their soothing, evenly distributed weight. If you find your blanket is bunching it’s probably due to one of the inner ties coming untied. The inner part of the blanket should be attached to the outer cover via 12 ties. Kids blankets come with 6 ties, and our queen-size blanket has 16 ties that ensures that the weight is distributed evenly. If some bunching is occurring, lay the blanket out flat and then re-tie the ties tightly.

We currently have free shipping across Australia. You can expect your blanket within 2-8 business days after your order is dispatched.

We also offer $39 express shipping to New Zealand. You can expect your blanket within 2-5 business days after your order is dispatched.

Yes, but ensure that your child can remove the blanket easily by themselves before they start using it - this is essential for safety reasons. We do not recommend our blankets for children under 3 years of age. We recommend our 2.2kg kids blanket for children under 25kg. Heavier and taller kids might find our 4.5kg blanket more comfortable and roomy. We DO NOT recommend any of our blankets for infants.

With outer covers that are completely machine washable. Calming Blankets are extremely easy to care for.

Although many customers do wash their inner weighted blanket in the washing machine, we generally recommend that you try to avoid this in order to increase the lifespan of your blanket. We offer a range of spare covers for separate purchase for those customers who are wanting to wash their blanket more regularly.

For our Hand Woven Blankets - if using a washing machine, just ensure you wash it separately in cool or warm water (maximum 30°C) on a delicate cycle To dry, lay the blanket flat - do not hang the woven blanket as this may cause the weaves to stretch out.

If you see brackets beside any item when you go to purchase that says (Sent ….) this means that the product is currently sold out and any new orders placed are due to be sent on the specified date shown in the brackets.

SAFETY - Please do not use your blanket near an open flame. Our blankets are not suitable for children under 3 years old. If any part of the blanket rips or begins leaking please dispose of the blanket immediately. Do not consume the beads. We recommend parental supervision when a child is using our blanket. If you have a medical condition which you think may prevent you from safely using our products we recommend that you consult your GP to ensure that our blankets, weighted toys and/or sensory sheets are suitable for you.
